Nebuladev Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our Shopify application "AI SEO Alt Text Generator" (the "App").

2. Data We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shopify Store Data: Shop domain, email, currency, and country.
• Product Data: Product titles, existing media (images), and existing alt texts.

We DO NOT collect or process personal data of your store's customers (buyers).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide the Service: To generate descriptive Alt Texts for your product images.
• Billing: To process subscription payments via Shopify Billing API.
• Communication: To send you critical service updates or support responses.

4. Sharing Your Information (OpenAI)

To provide the AI generation features, we utilize OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) as a third-party sub-processor. When you generate Alt Text, we send the product image URL and product title to OpenAI's API. OpenAI processes this data solely to generate the text description and does not use your data to train their models (in accordance with their API data usage policies).

5. Data Retention

We retain your shop's configuration data and job history for as long as the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, your session data is removed. Queue logs are automatically purged periodically (e.g., every 7 days).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since we operate in Poland, we fully comply with GDPR regulations. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
